Yoga Therapy uses the philosophy and practices of yoga to enhance wellness and discover peace within. The Certified Yoga Therapist meets individually with the client, performs an assessment, and they collaboratively create a plan to meet the client's goal.

    About Paula J. Williams, MS, C-IAYT, RYT500

    Paula has dedicated over 50 years to practicing yoga under the guidance of numerous instructors. In 2019, she embarked on her journey as a yoga instructor, where she finds immense joy in assisting clients with flexibility and mobility challenges. Witnessing their progress and seeing the calm and relaxed faces after class is rewarding.

    Yoga is so much more than the poses (asanas), breathing (pranayama), and meditation (dhyana). Come for the poses and discover the universe of peace within you.
