
Gentle Yoga is a breath-centric slow-paced class designed to facilitate nervous system regulation and resilience. The somatic movements synchronized with the breath enable participants to enhance their awareness of their internal state, encompassing both mind and body. Options are provided for participants to select their level of challenge for each session. This class includes independent movement down to and up from the mat. Each six-week series focuses on a specific theme and may incorporate yogic philosophy plus breath work or meditation. Beginners warmly welcomed.
